CAD CALLS: 933
1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1650) 1000 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The male victim, 66, was driving in the listed area when he became involved in a confrontation with another driver. The suspect intentionally drove her car into the victim’s vehicle and stabbed him with an object. Other suspects became involved and struck the victim with an object and stole his property. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: A Black female adult and a Black male adult.
2. Weapons Arrest (1714) Acacia Street and Baker Street, Civic District
Officers attempted a proactive enforcement stop in the listed area. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The pursuit came to an end when the vehicle collided with another car. The suspects fled from the vehicle and were apprehended without incident. Three loaded firearms were located in the suspect’s vehicle. ARRESTED: #1 Tycre Rucker, 23, #2 Rondale Cohee, 19, #3 Kayzhon Lane, 22, and #4 a 17-year-old juvenile for evading, gang, and gun charges.
3. Person Stabbed (2146) 1500 Block of Silver Creek Circle, Lakeview District
The female victim, 34, was standing outside a residence when the unknown suspect approached and stabbed her. The suspect fled. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Black unknown sex adult.
4. Pursuit/Resisting Arrest (0122) Gettysburg Place and Porter Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers attempted a proactive enforcement stop on a vehicle for traffic violations. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The pursuit ended when the suspect abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot. Officers caught the suspect, who resisted officers, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Timothy Kinberg, 36, for evading, resisting arrest, and driving under the influence.
