Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Rolando Sanguer Santiago. He is a 72 year-old male Asian who was last contacted on March 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. on the 44000 block of Elm Avenue, in the city of Lancaster.
Rolando is 5’04” tall, 125lbs, with brown eyes, grey hair, and a clean-shaven face. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a gold bracelet on his left wrist.
Rolando suffers from severe Dementia and is nonverbal.
Mr. Santiago’s family is concerned for his wellbeing and asking for the public’s help.
