Red Flag Warning until 10:00PM Saturday

The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM CDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* AFFECTED AREA...Western portions of the Big Country and northern Concho Valley.

* TIMING...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM CDT this evening.

* WINDS...Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...9 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* AFFECTED AREAS: FISHER ... NOLAN ... STERLING ... COKE ... RUNNELS ... HASKELL ... JONES ... TAYLOR
