* WHEN...For the Ice Storm Warning, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 4 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Significant ice accumulation from last night into this morning, plus the expected wet snow accumulations and gusty winds, will continue to produce tree limb damage and power outages, some widespread and long-lasting.
