River Rd will be closed for traffic heading towards Changebridge Rd. at Knoll Rd. Please use Church Ln to access Changebridge Rd.
To get to businesses in that section of River Rd. (between Knoll Rd and Changebridge Rd) come in through Changebridge Rd.
Traffic coming from Changebridge Rd will be allowed to turn onto River Rd.
