INCIDENT: Crime Suppression and Compliance Operation
LOCATION: Lytle Creek and Surrounding Communities of North Rialto and Rosena Ranch
SUSPECT(S): Multiple
SUMMARY: On March 28, 2025, investigators with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department – Fontana Station, in collaboration with personnel from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department – Street Enforcement Team, San Bernardino County Probation, and California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation – Division of Adult Parole Operations, conducted a crime suppression and compliance operation. The operation focused on conducting crime suppression, and parole, probation, and sex offender registrant checks in the community of Lytle Creek and the surrounding communities of North Rialto and Rosena Ranch.
During this operation, investigators conducted compliance checks on over 50 adults on probation and parole, as well as sex offender registrants. Investigators also conducted over 60 traffic stops, made numerous pedestrian contacts, and attempted several warrant services. As a result, investigators contacted gang members, offenders prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition, and subjects with arrest warrants. Investigators made several felony and misdemeanor arrests. Hundreds of rounds of illegally possessed ammunition and multiple firearms were recovered during the operation.
In addition, personnel with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation – Division of Adult Parole Operations and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department – Fontana Station, conducted a compliance check of a registered sex offender, Matos Rizaldi, on the 600 block of West Casmalia Street in North Rialto. Rizaldi was booked into the West Valley Detention Center on a parole violation after investigators discovered numerous digital photographs of children on his electronic devices.
