UPDATE: The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the DC Department of General Services (DGS) would like to inform the community that the Kingsman Dog Park preconstruction activity has been rescheduled by one day and the Kingsman Dog Park (D St NE, between 13th St & Tennessee Ave NE) will now be closed from April 2-3, 2025.
The dog park will be closed on April 2 and 3. The park is estimated to re-open on Friday, April 4, 2025.
Preconstruction activity includes utility scanning and geotechnical testing necessary in advance of the planned renovation of the park. A section of fencing between the soccer field and the alley will also be removed to allow site access.
