SONORA POLICE DEPARTMENT ASSISTS IN SEARCH FOR WANTED FELON 
Sonora, TX – The Sonora Police Department is assisting in the search for a wanted felon who escaped from a halfway house and has been seen in the city of Sonora by multiple local individuals.
The suspect, Albert Rodriguez, is described as a 36-year-old male, approximately 5’6” tall and weighing 180 pounds. Authorities warn that Rodriguez may be armed and dangerous. He is currently wanted for escape.
Law enforcement officials urge the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information regarding Rodriguez’s whereabouts immediately. If you see this individual, do not approach him. Instead, contact the Sutton County Sheriff’s Office at (325) 387-2288 or the U.S. Marshals Service Communications Center at 1-800-336-0102. For emergencies only call 911.
