Marion Woman Charged with Meth Possession Following Probation Violation
Detective Adam Burnette with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office Community Impact Team charged 69-year-old Sandra McKinney Capps of Marion with felony Possession of Methamphetamine. She was given a secured bond of $5,000.
On February 25, Det. Burnette assisted probation officers with a search of Capps’ residence. Suspected amounts of methamphetamine were found in her bedroom.
Capps was charged and the narcotics sent to the NC State Crime Lab for analysis.
