Middlesex County is conducting a Community Needs Assessment (CNA) for 2024-2025 to better understand the health and safety needs, social service needs, and well-being of Middlesex County residents. This assessment will help identify community strengths, gaps in services, and areas for improvement to ensure everyone has access to the support they need.

In addition to the community needs assessment, the findings will guide the development of a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which will focus on practical solutions to improve health, address barriers, and create lasting positive change.
