* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, The east bank of the South Fork of the Forked Deer River overflows, flooding low-lying areas of the University of Tennessee Agriculture Experiment Station.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 35.5 feet early Friday morning. Pay close attention to subsequent forecasts as multiple days of rain will impact the crest and duration of the flooding.
