Storm Shelter 
The City of Carmi is opening the basement of the Carmi Public Library, located at 103 Slocumb Street, for a storm shelter in the event of severe storms this evening. Please enter though the door that leads directly to the basement, located to the left of the main entrance. Please keep in mind in the event of a power outage, the elevator will not be available.
