* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs from near the town of Industry upstream from Chapman to the Smoky Hill River downstream from Chapman.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet this evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DICKINSON, KS
