* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs from near the town of Industry upstream from Chapman to the Smoky Hill River downstream from Chapman.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 19.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.0 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
