* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs from near the town of Industry upstream from Chapman to the Smoky Hill River downstream from Chapman.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this morning and continue falling to 4.6 feet Monday evening. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: DICKINSON, KS
