Overnight there was significant flooding downtown which caused several streets to be closed. All streets & parking are open, there are still some debris still in the street. 

In your neighborhood, be sure to check and clear and debris over the catch basins in the stret to avoid further flooding.  You can place small amounts of materials covering catch basins in your trash cart.
