* WHAT...Urban area, small stream, and river flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...It will take several hours for all the water from last night's storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 912 AM EDT, Heavy rain between 1.5 and 2.75 inches fell last night. Flooding is already occurring and will be slow to recede. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. A river flood warning for Clinton River is in effect for moderate flooding. A river flood warning is also in effect for Rouge River for minor flooding.
