SUSPECT(S): Enrique Fuentes, 67-year-old resident of Riverside
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at approximately 8:11 p.m., Deputy Jebbia, assigned to the Central Station, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving in the area of De Berry Street and Michigan Avenue, in Grand Terrace. The traffic stop was a result of several vehicle code violations observed by Jebbia. The driver, Enrique Fuentes, refused to identify himself and fled from the traffic stop. Deputies pursued Fuentes as he made unsafe turns and drove through several stop signs during the pursuit. Fuentes stopped his vehicle in the area of Veterans Freedom Park in Grand Terrace and was taken into custody without further incident. Fuentes was arrested and booked at Central Detention Center for VC 2800.2- Felony Evading and VC 23152(f)-DUI.
