Flood Warning until 04:00PM 
The Flood Warning will expire at 4 PM EDT this afternoon for a portion of southeast Michigan, including the following areas, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne. Flood waters continue to recede and will allow the areal flood warning to expire. Localized pockets of flooding will still take additional time to improve. Several river flood warnings continue across portions of southeast Michigan as well.
