* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, Christian, Macon, Piatt and Sangamon. In east central Illinois, Champaign and Vermilion.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall of 1 to 4 inches is possible through Saturday night due to multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms. The heaviest rains are expected Friday afternoon through Friday night. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
