In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas and Southeast Nicholas. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Logan and Mingo.
* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected through the weekend, as a front waffles back and forth over the middle Ohio Valley.
