* WHERE...Portions of northeast, southeast, and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in northeast West Virginia, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Nicholas and Southeast Nicholas. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Logan and Mingo.

* WHEN...Through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected through the weekend, as a front waffles back and forth over the middle Ohio Valley.
