Notice to Residents: Water Bill Update
Dear Residents,
We would like to inform you that due to an ongoing software issue this week, we have been unable to generate the water bills for March. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are in constant contact with the utility service provider and are hoping to resolve this problem as soon as possible. However, they have not yet provided a specific timeline for resolution.
I understand this may raise many questions regarding due dates and late fees. Unfortunately, I do not have the authority to make those decisions, and the Board will need to have a discussion and vote on the matter.
If you need a rough estimate of your water bill, please feel free to call us, and we will be happy to provide one.
