* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of central and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Clay, Jackson and Nicholas. In southern West Virginia, Boone, Fayette, Kanawha, Lincoln and Putnam.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 546 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Charleston, Nitro, Fayetteville, Clay, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Oak Hill, Sissonville, Montgomery, Chesapeake, Marmet, Ansted, Belle, Clendenin, Cedar Grove, Poca, East Bank and Glasgow. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
