* WHEN...Until 500 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 450 PM CDT, The Department of Transportation reported flooding from previous heavy rain in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... James River at Bell Ford Road, Bull Creek at Center Road, Beaver Creek at Crewes Ford Road, North Indian Creek at Orchid Drive, Wilson's Creek at Old Limey Road, Little Sugar Creek at Skaggs Hollow Road and Big Sugar Creek at Buzzard Glory Road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
