Town of East Greenbush & City of Rensselaer to remain in Water Conservation Advisory all weekend 
PUBLIC NOTICE
Water Conservation Advisory – City of Rensselaer and Town of East Greenbush
Due to ongoing water maintenance activities at the Cross Street Pump Station in Troy and necessary repairs to the Pump House’smain water valves, the City of Rensselaer and the Town of East Greenbush will remain in water conservation mode until further notice.
Residents are advised to reduce water usage as much as possible. Please limit laundry and dishwasher use to only what is necessary. There are no operating hydrants, but we have been in touch with emergency services to ensure that water is provided to them when needed. Please do not fill pools or hot tubs, and don’t water the lawn or garden if possible.
It is anticipated that this advisory will remain in place throughout the weekend. Regular updates will be provided.
Please note: There is currently no boil water advisory in effect.
