Category 1 Travel Advisory 
A Category 1 travel advisory is now in effect due to snow accumulation and slippery roads. Additionally, the National Weather Service extended the Winter Storm Warning for Unalaska to Midnight tonight. An additional 6 inches of snow is possible and visibility will be limited at times. Alaska Statute requires that headlights must be used when visibility is limited. The Roads Crew will be salting the roads tonight (no plowing), please drive with caution. The Category 1 travel advisory will expire and be re-assessed at 6 AM on 04/05/2025.
