* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 947 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicates thunderstorms have produced between 2 to 4 inches of rain across the warned area over the last 6 hours. While additional heavy rains are not expected, any additional rainfall will go immediately to runoff and exacerbate or prolong ongoing flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
