* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Extensive flooding is in progress. Many local roads flood and are impassable to most vehicles. A few evacuations are necessary in southern parts of Carthage, extreme southern sections of Knightstown, eastern Raysville and a few rural areas of northwest Rush County. Used auto parts yard in Carthage is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM EDT Saturday was 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.5 feet late this afternoon.
