For the Eel River...including North Manchester...Minor flooding is forecast.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The parking lot of the Portland Water Park is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 14.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM EDT Saturday was 14.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.3 feet this afternoon.
