* WHEN...Until late this evening.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water begins to cover portions of North Brownsville Road, with access cut off along the West Clifton Road Bridge near Yankee Town.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this afternoon and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: UNION, IN ... WAYNE, IN
