Additional heavy rainfall is moving into these counties within the hour and will add to the flash flooding threat. Considerable flash flooding is expected to occur! Over 3 to 4 inches of rain has fallen this morning, and that is in addition to the 2 to 5 inches of rain that occurred yesterday in these locations. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
