Watch Commander’s Night Report - April 4, 2025

CAD CALLS: 975

1. Robbery (Delayed) 100 Block of East Lincoln Road, Lakeview District

On 04/01/25 at 1430 hours, the male victim, 78, was in the listed area talking to the known suspect. The suspect struck the victim and stole his property before fleeing. The victim was treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.

2. Person Shot (2039) West Lane and Hammertown Drive, Valley Oak District

The female victim, 18, was riding in a car with the known suspect. The suspect pulled out a firearm and shot the victim. The suspect exited the vehicle and fled. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Asian or Hispanic male adult.

3. Brandishing Arrest (0057) 400 Block of North Pilgrim Street, Park District

The female victims, 18 and 17, were threatened over the phone by the suspects. The suspects then drove to the listed area and brandished a gun at the victims. When officers arrived, the suspects entered vehicle and fled. Officers attempted to stop the suspects, and a pursuit ensued but was canceled after losing sight of the suspect vehicle. An allied agency later located the suspect vehicle abandoned. Officers were able to locate both suspects hiding in the area. ARRESTED Lincoln Dale III, 18, for evading, terrorist threats, and brandishing, and a 17-year-old male for terrorist threats and brandishing.

4. Robbery (0200) Park Street and Stockton Street, Civic District 

The male victim, 69, was seated in his vehicle with the known suspect in the area. The suspect stole property from the victim. The victim confronted the suspect, and the suspect struck the victim before fleeing. SUSPECT: Black female adult.

5. Person Shot (0546) 800 Block of East Park Street, Civic District

The male victim, 56, was inside his residence when he heard a gunshot and was struck by gunfire. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life-threatening injury. There is no suspect information.
