* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Iron, Madison, Reynolds, southern Saint Francois and southern Sainte Genevieve.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 206 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Farmington, Fredericktown, Bismarck, Ironton, Park Hills, Reynolds, Ellington, Pilot Knob, Iron Mountain Lake, Arcadia, Annapolis, Junction City, Cobalt, Marquand, Glover, Roselle, Iron Mountain, Belleview, Saco and Knob Lick.
