* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 16.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Monday morning and continue rising to a crest of 27.5 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
