* IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Flood waters cut off the Stone Crest Manor trailer park and the Quail Hollow neighborhood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:45 AM EDT Sunday was 12.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet this afternoon.
