* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 29.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning and continue rising to a crest of 33.5 feet this afternoon. - Flood stage is 33.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
