Flood Warning until 09:52AM Tuesday

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Arkansas... White River At Batesville affecting Independence County. White River At Calico Rock affecting Stone and Izard Counties. For the Upper White River...including Calico Rock, Batesville... Major flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Calico Rock.

* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Major flooding begins, most of lower lying portions of White River Valley from Norfork to Batesville flooding. Campgrounds and communities along the river will be flooded or isolated by flooded roads. Homes along the river in Stone and Izard counties may be flooded. River is swift and may contain a large amount of debris. Private and commercial boat docks should be monitored and well anchored to the bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 9.1 feet early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
