* IMPACTS...At 12.8 feet, Flood waters cut off the Stone Crest Manor trailer park and the Quail Hollow neighborhood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 11.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 12.5 feet this afternoon.
