* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:29 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest near 21.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
