* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 20.8 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 28.5 feet Tuesday evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
