* WHERE...North Fork Obion River near Martin.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Extensive agricultural flooding is occurring along the river and numerous secondary roads are flooded causing access problems.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting and is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
