* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Minor flooding of lowland and agricultural land is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 22.0 feet this evening and a crest of 23.0 feet Tuesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
