* WHAT...Flooding caused by previous rainfall and additional moderate to briefly heavy rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Alabama, including the following counties, in north central Alabama, Cullman. In northeast Alabama, DeKalb, Jackson and Marshall.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 158 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Albertville, Scottsboro, Fort Payne, Boaz, Guntersville, Arab, Rainsville, Bridgeport, Hanceville, Henagar, Stevenson, Crossville, Sylvania, Fyffe, Hollywood, Powell, Geraldine, Grant, Holly Pond and Section. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
