* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding can be expected near Cedar Grove and New Trenton, with lowland flooding also occurring in West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to fall, receding below 14 overnight tonight. - Action stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
