* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Low-lying farm land near the river is flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 23.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Tuesday afternoon and continue rising to 26.0 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
