Wildland Firefighting Training Exercises 
Today is the first day of wildland firefighting training with multiple fire agencies participating. During these training exercises, a large number of fire vehicles and water dropping helicopter will be simulating response to a wildfire. Training will take place at different locations within La Habra Heights and Whittier from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
Please note the command post will be set up tomorrow, April 8th at The Park. The upper-level parking lot will be closed during training hours. Training will conclude on Wednesday, April 9th.
