Officers attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of the call location. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The pursuit ended when the vehicle collided with a fence. The driver fled on foot and was taken into custody. ARRESTED: Marquis Warren, 31, for evading and resisting arrest.
