1. Negligent Discharge of a Firearm (1605), 1600 Block South El Dorado Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 27, was involved in an argument with a business employee. During the argument, the employee brandished a firearm at the victim and fired one round in the air. The victim fled and was uninjured. ARRESTED: Abdo Mahamed, 58, for brandishing and negligent discharge of a firearm.
2. Brandishing (1847) Alpine Avenue and West Lane, Civic District
The female victim, 38, was driving in the area when the suspect vehicle pulled in front of her and cut her off. The passenger of the suspect vehicle displayed a handgun out of the window. SUSPECTS: Unknown race males driving in a gray sedan.
3. Weapon Arrest (0211) Sonora Street and Della Street, Park District
Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle in the area and stopped it. The driver was taken into custody without incident. Officers found a firearm as they searched the car. ARRESTED: Raymond Braggs, 32, for being in possession of a stolen vehicle and firearm.
4. Weapon Arrest (0335) 800 Block of West Ponce De Leon, Valley Oak District
Officers checked out a vehicle and contacted the solo occupant. During the contact, the officers located a stolen firearm in the vehicle. ARRESTED: Tommy Bush, 35, for firearm possession.
