1. Battery on Officer (0554) 600 Block of East Alpine Avenue, Civic District
Officers contacted the suspect for loitering in the area. When they asked the suspect to sit on the curb, he ignored the officers’ commands and walked away. When they tried to detain him, he pulled away and swung at them. One officer deployed OC spray to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Humberto Padilla, 52. for battery on an officer and resisting arrest.
