* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Meramec River at Valley Park.
* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, The flood gate at St. Louis Avenue in Valley Park is closed at this height. Near this height, Vance Road begins to flood from just outside of the flood gate to Highland Village and Soccer Park Road from Cassens Drive to Yarnell Road begins to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 26.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 1.5 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 27.1 feet on 04/30/2011.
